Outdoor area

Both the Baby Owls and the Little Cubs rooms have direct access to our secure outdoor area. Our Big Bears and Big Badgers whom are based on the first floor of the nursery ensure that they are outside a minimum of twice per day. The outdoor area is a natural haven for children of all ages to learn, play and explore the natural environment, from our mud kitchen, water wall and tyre mountain where the children can develop their physical skills to the car wash and tool shed learning valuable safety skills.

All children are provided with all in one suits and wellington boots so we can play outside in all weathers, studying the cause and effect different weather has on the environment. Having a large Gazebo offers shelter in all weathers meaning even our youngest children can play safely outside.
