Nursery fees

A supplement will be applied to all age government funded hours.
£16.50 per day – £9.50 per half day

Any extra sessions booked in addition to funded hours will be charged within the pricing structure above.

The Nursery fees are calculated over 51 weeks of the year. Fees are not payable for the Christmas closure or for bank holidays.

Fees should be paid in advance of the 1st of each month. For example, you will receive an invoice for April 2025 mid-March 2025. This invoice is due to be paid before 31st March 2025.

All prices are inclusive of:

• Nappies, wipes, sun cream and protective clothing
• A full day place includes breakfast, morning snack, lunch, pudding, afternoon snack and afternoon tea with pudding.
• A morning place includes breakfast, morning snack, lunch and pudding.
• An afternoon place includes afternoon snack and afternoon tea with pudding.
• A full time, full day place will receive a 5% discount.
• Siblings will receive a 5% discount.
• A minimum of 1 Day or 2 Half Day sessions should be taken to secure a place.
• A late collection fee of £15.00 for each 10 minutes beyond the session end time will be applied.

• Families using government funding may choose to opt out of any supplement charges, although terms and conditions apply. Our standard daily rate already includes all additional extras. Any sessions taken beyond your funded entitlement will be charged in line with our usual fee structure.

• Supplement fees only apply to children accessing funded hours.
