We ensure each and every staff member we invite to join our team is not only highly trained, but incredibly passionate about childcare. Our staff are trained to help nurture and challenge inquisitive minds and to support children as they develop at their own pace. We follow the government’s Safer Recruitment in Education guidelines and Ofsted requirements.

All of our team are fully qualified L3 or above practitioners. In addition, they all hold a current DBS and Paediatric First Aid certificate. We also offer a small number of apprenticeships to provide the opportunity to develop a career within the childcare sector.

The setting is directed by our wonderful management team, headed up by Sam Strong. Sam has her L3 Early Years Education and Care qualification, a degree in Working with Children and Families, and is a fully trained Level 3 Special Educational Needs practitioner.

Sam is supported by two Deputy Managers. Emma Barton has 20 years experience in childcare and holds her L3 qualification. Amy Symes has 10 years experience and holds a L4 Early Years Advanced Practitioner qualification.

Aside from the team who work directly with our children, we also have 3 amazing qualified chefs who prepare fresh, home-cooked meals daily. We always ensure our children get the nutrition they need and always cater to health and dietary requirements.

Miss Kerry is the nursery Business Administration Assistant and is here to support our families and team.
